Adjacent Segmental Degeneration on C7-T1 after 3-Level Cervical Corpectomy
Eun Sang-Soo

Choi Won-Gyu
Abstract
A middle-aged woman underwent cervical corpectomy and posterior fusion from C3 to C7. Four years after surgery, adjacent segment degeneration developed on C7-T1 with radiating pain. The major concern was whether the clavicle head would hinder the caudal-to-cephalic trajectory for decompression. Fortunately, a simple anterior approach enabled us to completely remove the osteophyte.
